Immediate or Cancel Order
Immediate or Cancel Order refers to a market price order that is to be executed in whole, or in part, as soon as it is received. If the order is not filled immediately, it is cancelled. This order can be for a portion of the order or all or nothing, which means if the entire order cannot be filled it is cancelled.
